Wireless Systems - Phase 1 Launch

There have been many twists and turns of fate and opportunity which have characterized this Wireless Internet Project over the years.

Those who have been on this journey from the outset have a unique perspective of how all these events have played out to positively impact the progress of our species as a whole.

The historical record will show the romance, vision and dedication of these pioneers to something far greater than themselves - to create a legacy of autonomy and equality which future generations can grow and thrive in.

Despite the detrimental efforts of those who have resisted this project there has come about certain twists of fate and turns of opportunity which demonstrate how so much good can come from apparently retrogressive events.

Those with insight will appreciate the sense of irony underlying these recent events which has put this project on the fast track to global implementation.

No-one could have anticipated these turn of events - at least - not so soon.

What was projected to be Phase Four of the Wireless Internet Project has appeared as some kind of Quantum event within the present space-time continuum - and to everyone’s utter amazement.

On August 27th 2007 the Wireless Corporation and ItsYourNet formed a strategic alliance with a Mobile Payment Company based in the United Kingdom.

I have not posted an update of this event because of pending news - which has now been released - on September 14th 2007.

This announcement allows me the freedom to articulate its significance in a very precise fashion - for those who read these posts.

I have recorded the announcement and have made it available to listen here:

For those Merchants who wish to enter this Gateway - they can do so here:

CellCanPay

This Mobile Payment Company has been accepted into the domain of the world’s financial elite whose influence impacts the lives of everyone living within the economic fabric of modern civilization.

It has, now, been granted the same status - Financial Transfer Service - as Credit Card Companies - such as Visa and MasterCard.

To fully appreciate what this means - especially as it relates to the Wireless Project - it is necessary to provide some background.

This Mobile Payment Company was established to create a way for merchant to accept 'micropayments' using the architecture and international tariff agreements between Cellular Corporations throughout the world.

There is a huge segment of consumers who will not/cannot be serviced by credit card companies, for various reasons.

For instance:

1. The legal age required for a person to enter into a contractual agreement with a credit card company.

2. Persons choosing not to enter into a contractual agreement with a credit card company. e.g. Not wanting to disclose ID.

3. The cost of processing small payments (micropayments) make these kinds of transactions (below $5) economically unviable - i.e. service fees and charge back costs.

4. The inability to effectively service third world populations i.e. those unable to access bank accounts locally.

5. The inherent limitations to prevent the abuse of credit card fraud.

6. Lack of consumer confidence in the credit card companies to secure confidentiality of consumer transactions and identification.

7. The high costs associated with interacting with credit card companies at both the consumer and merchant levels.

Over the last five years this Mobile Payment Service has been developed, tested and implemented for processing ‘micropayments’ using cell phones in 15 countries (soon to be 34).

Up till now their service has been complementary to the credit card industry in that it fills this 'micropayment' niche and provides a way to address the issues itemized above.

The Cellular (Mobile) Phone Industry has wanted to implement a system with which they could capitalize upon this niche market for some time.

Also, the global mobile trend has resulted in there being more cell phones than credit cards in circulation. This has spawned
M-Commerce as a viable means to achieve the 'cashless society' goal. Please refer to this InfoDev article for insight into this subject.

However, this Mobile Payment Company has developed a micropayment solution where Cellular Carriers AND Merchants can bypass the fees associated with involvement with Credit Cards and Banking Institutions.

More details may be found by clicking on 'FAQ's' at www.CellCanPay.com - top left of the page.

Phase 1 of our 'Wireless Systems' is geared to those Merchants who deal with 'virtual' products and services - predominately, but not limited to, those Companies having a web based presence.

Social network users (e.g. MySpace, FaceBook, Twitter) also have access to this Mobile Micropayment System to sell their own virtual items directly from their social network page

This really blurs the definition of who or what a 'Merchant' is - when anybody can - now - sell virtual items online without setup fees or special licences.

Once a Merchant has signed up for this service (which is free of charge) a simple piece of code is added to the Merchants Payment page – along with their current payment options, such as Visa, Amex, MasterCard, PayPal etc.

Registered Merchants will then have this option available for when prospective customers arrive at their Payment Page (the Mobile Payment link can be placed on any page) to purchase the desired virtual product or service. In Europe, this Mobile Payment Service has been operational for over one year - and the ability to purchase 'physical' product is now available

In North America, Phase 2 of this Mobile Payment Service will allow Merchants to sell 'physical' product via online transactions AND at the street level. This 2nd Phase is anticipated in 2008. Online Merchants in the Software, Gaming, Music and Entertainment, Web Hosting, ISP, Social Networks etc. are typically the first adopters of this Mobile Payment Service

Merchants who have adopted this Mobile Payment Service in Europe have reported 20 - 30% increase in business EVERY month - without cost, effort or additional marketing. This Mobile Payment Service has allowed them to make a sale when a customer has NO Cash, NO Credit, NO Credit Card OR Bank Account and doesn't want to show ID.

And as incredible as it may seem, their Merchant Payment is Guaranteed!

Please refer to the FAQ's - top left -
www.CellCanPay.com to find out how this is possible.

Merchants are offered this Mobile Payment Service at no charge - so there is absolutely no risk involved. Even when Phase 2 is launched - the hardware provided at the 'street level' will be given to the Merchant at NO cost.

This Mobile Payment Service is so attractive to the Cellular Carriers that practically all Carriers adopt this service as it is made available in country after country.

A situation is being created where every consumer who owns a cell phone is being exposed to this Mobile Payment Service as Merchants throughout the world use this payment option to increase their revenue 20 – 30% every month.

This is important to understand because of worldwide prevalence of cellular phones exceeding that of credit cards.

From the outset this Mobile Payment Company designed its systems with the goal of achieving accreditation on par with credit companies – to become a bona fide Financial Transaction Company. They presented their case that the uniqueness of their system and service warranted this status.

After four years of scrutiny and evaluation by the financial regulatory authorities in the United Kingdom (
HM Revenue & Customs) – they came to this same conclusion.

Consequently, the Financial Transfer Service status – on par with Credit Cards – was officially sanctioned by the signing of contracts on September 14th 2007. This is the first and only Mobile Payment Company with a bonifide Financial Transfer System status anywhere in the world.

This situation has now turned a mobile phone into a 'Virtual Credit Card'.

The prior agreements this Mobile Payment Company had with the Wireless Internet Corporation now took on a significance of monumental importance.

So, now that I’ve given this preliminary background – readers are better equipped to appreciate the strategic relationship that this Mobile Payment Company (now a Financial Transaction Company) has with the Wireless Internet Corporation.

This Financial Transfer System is now being integrated at the architectural level in the CPU chip developed by the Wireless Internet Corporation.

The relationship between these two entities is now mutually inclusive at the architectural AND functional levels AND exclusive to any other competing entity.

This means that once the Wireless Internet Corporation launches operations – they will have an intrinsic Mobile Payment System with the full status of a Financial Transfer Service integrated and available for use by the customer at the outset

The resultant synergism of this integration is nothing short of ‘earth shattering’ for current communication and economic modalities throughout the world.

Consider this very carefully:

It is self evident that our civilization has launched headlong into the ‘Information Age'. The Wireless Internet Technology, about to be unveiled, will create a brand new and standardized Internet infrastructure allowing for the convergence of all communications modalities into one functional Mobile Information Superhighway.

This in itself is a big deal.

Now consider what it means to have interpenetrated the financial trend toward a cash free society – with the Cellular Corporations working to be its vanguard – and accentuated through their adoption of the Mobile Financial Transfer System which has now been architecturally integrated into the new Wireless Internet Systems destined to replace outmoded cellular transport technology…

This Mobile Payment System will now become more prevalent than the use of credit cards and ultimately will curtail, if not replace, the use of credit cards throughout the world.

This status as a Financial Transfer Service eliminates about 80% of transaction fees which include taxes involved with transferring money as well as the taxes within the mobile carrier systems.

With this change in status, a consumer purchase of $20 (including service fees) now costs $12.

This means either lower fees to the consumers if a Merchant passes all the fees onto the consumer - or increased money to the Merchant if he absorbs the fees

Although this status has initially been granted in the United Kingdom and Europe it is anticipated this status will be secured world wide - as they are the ONLY Mobile Payment Company to have been granted this status anywhere in the world

At the present time, therefore, a Merchant based in North America can sell their product at these lower rates to consumers only in the United Kingdom and 15 Europian countries (which has adopted this Mobile Payment Service) - for now. Although, keep in mind, they do benefit immediately from the elimination of costs incurred with Credit Card transactions elsewhere - and - their Merchant Payment is Guaranteed

So, when the Wireless Internet Corporation is launched in 2008 – the Mobile Payment System will seamlessly integrate the ubiquitous cell phone marketplace into a service which will serve the people's needs and interests at an unprecedented level.

Therefore, as people leave the cellular lifestyle in favour of the availability of the New Wireless Internet they will also leave all the fees, taxes and service charges they had been burdened with for so long by cellular carriers and financial institutions

Imagine a world where the entire communication and economic sectors are put back in the hands of all the people who use these instruments.

If you can imagine this – you will have attained an understanding of why ItsYourNet was created in the first place.

The appreciation of the romance, vision and dedication of its founders will then grow on you.

To spell it out for those who haven’t realized it yet – ItsYourNet was created and Incorporated to facilitate its mandate to put ownership of the Internet back into the hands of the people who use it.

Shouldn’t the Internet belong to those who connect to it?
